A 1430s landmark. A £13.5 million development. Thirty-five high-spec homes in Norwich, built on six centuries of history.
That tension sat at the heart of the brief. Sir John Fastolf's original lodge is the foundation, but the homes are unmistakably contemporary. The identity had to hold both: refined but comfortable, historical but modern, local in character and premium in finish.
We worked closely with the development team to create a brand true to the building's roots while speaking clearly to the buyers it was built for. A system designed to feel at home in the heritage of the place, and in the hands of the people selling it.
