Project Overview
We were appointed by global FTSE 100 biotech brand Thermo Fisher to create a campaign that could improve workplace wellbeing and shift the culture from the inside out. Partnering with the newly formed Wellbeing Network at their Cramlington site, we developed an internal campaign focused on one core idea: small changes can make a big difference.
Our approach began by building an internal brand that employees could connect with. Simple language, vibrant visuals and relatable touchpoints made the campaign feel human, helpful and relevant to a diverse workforce.
Since launch, the response across the business has been overwhelmingly positive.
